Separation methods in radiochemistry including:
- partitioning of minor actinoids from high level waste,
  development of new separation materials, mainly solid extractants and
- omposite ion exchangers,
  processes for actinoids co-conversion to precursors for nuclear fuel
- roduction,
- separation of radionuclides from operational liquid radioactive wastes from nuclear facilities,
- soil decontamination.

Radioanalytical methods with the emphasis on the development of new methods for:
- determination of difficult-to-measure radionuclides in radioactive wastes or in the environment
- sample preparation for radionuclides with very long half lives for Accelerator Mass Spectrometry (AMS)
